David Motzenbecker currently serves as President & Mayor’s Representative for the Minneapolis City Planning Commission. He is employed by the nationally recognized landscape architecture and master planning firm of oslund.and.assoc., whose offices are located in the historic warehouse district of Minneapolis.
David is active in various professional organizations & local policy initiatives, including: the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA), the Minneapolis Great City Design Teams Steering Committee, and the Green Roof Policy Task Force for the City of Minneapolis.
David has worked extensively with neighborhoods in the City of Minneapolis, both in his position as a Planning Commissioner, and in the past as both Neighborhood Organization President and Chair of the Redevelopment Committee with the Kingfield Neighborhood.
Only 3 blocks north up E. Hennepin Avenue (County Road 52) from our old meeting place, and a half block west.
