Class sizes and minority students

Don Fraser posted a summary of a paper by Jeremy D. Finn at the University at Buffalo - SUNY (co-authored by Allison Suriani & Charles M. Achilles). The paper was delivered on 12/8/07 at a conference held at the Federal Reserve Bank in Minneapolis. Finn concluded that smaller class sizes at the earliest grades had substantial benefits especially for minority students. To see the paper summary click here.
